Sheet Pan Pork Chops & Brown Sugar Carrots

  • Ingredients
  • 6 Hen House Market Duroc Pork Chops
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1 lb. Little Potato Company fingerling potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. Shatto Dairy butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste

1. Cut carrots into bite-size pieces.
2. Par-boil carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes.
3. Drain and set aside.
4. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently.
5. Preheat oven to 400°.
6. Place pork chops, carrots, potatoes and spring onions on sheet pan.
7. Bake 20 minutes until the pork is completely cooked through - reaching an internal temperature between 145° to 160°F. Serve immediately
