1. Preheat oven to 375°2. Cut chicken into 8 parts.3. Mix the dry ingredients in a plastic bag, then coat the cut up chicken parts with the mixture.4. Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place the seasoned flour chicken pieces in the pan. Coat evenly with butter.5. Bake the chicken for 45 minutes and turn. Continue to bake until done.
Chef Jasper’s Notes:This is one of my favorite chicken dishes. It tastes just like fried chicken, but without all the work. The Amish are known for their chicken and cooking style and this is an easy dish everyone will love. I like to serve this with scalloped potatoes.
