Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Pepper Vinaigrette

  • Servings: 4
  • Ready In 15 minutes
  • 2 tb Safflower Oil
  • 1 tb Cider vinegar
  • 2 ts Honey
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper
  • 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
  • 1 ds Cayenne pepper
  • 6 oz Fresh Spinach; Leaves Torn
  • 12 Strawberries; Halved
In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. In a salad bowl, toss spinach with dressing. Toss in strawberries. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
