  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/3 up all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 up packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter; cold and cubed
