Cowboy Pork Chops
Serves 4
4 center cut pork chops
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 cup Hen House Garlic Expressions
1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 cups Breadcrumbs

In a large zip lock bag, add 1 cup Expressions and 2 Tsp. Dijon mustard
Place in bag and refrigerate one hour.
Preheat oven to 375. In a large mixing bowl, mix breadcrumbs and seasoning. Take pork chops out of bag and coat with breadcrumbs. Lightly coat a large casserole with olive oil, place pork chops in casserole and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

For added flavor, drizzle Garlic Expressions on top and serve!
