1. Preheat oven to 425°2. In a medium bowl, add champagne, butter and cream. Mix together.3. Open oysters. Strain off oyster juice.4. Mix breadcrumbs and Old Bay Seasoning.5. Add a tablespoon or more of champagne mixture to oysters.6. Dust with Old Bay breadcrumbs.7. Place baking sheet and place in preheated oven until topping is golden brown and oysters are bubbling. Serve immediately.
